On October 21, 2006 (Saturday) A Mandala-making/writing and Divinity-In workshop was conducted by Mr. Toots Fungo for council members and friends of the Pascual Commercial Center and Ladies' Dormitory in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte (Northern Luzon, Philippines). This was organized by the center's manager, Ms. Minifred Gavino
